I was born in 1978. At the age of 14 I started to karate with shotokan and sito-ryu later felt that I had to get harder then I started Kempo. When I was 30 I took a break and in 2014 I got to know Defendo. In the fall of 2015 I became HT instructor. In 2017, I successfully completed the Safe-Kid Instructor course and completed the Combat Tech Instructor Challenge in 2018.
