Traditional wintercamp at Lahden Kamppailulajikeskus 25.-27.11.2022

The camp goes through the Jyrki Saario Defendo ground- and stand-up technigues and their applications for practical situations (armed and unarmed attacker).

The content is designed to fit with Defendo beginners and more experienced trainers.

Friday 25.11. Four training for instructors, starting at 17:00.

Subject for instructors is the updated testing levels and requirements for black belt and dan promotions.

Fridays price for instructors 75€
Whole camp for instructors 150€
Black belts meeting is on friday after trainings, and all defendo black belts are welcome.

Saturday and Sunday is open for all defendo practitioners. Level tests levels 1-6.
