Gym: České Budějovice, Local gym, U Výstaviště 1565,
Date: 22nd – 24th September 2023
Participate: everyone (regardless of martial arts skills)
Equipment: personal protective gear, boxing gloves, outdoor and indoor training suits.
Training fee: 120 Euro or 100 Euro for members of Saario Academy (i.e. those who have Saario Academy passport)

Program plan:
Day 1 – 22nd September, Friday – České Budějovice – 17:00-20:00;
Day 2 – 23rd September, Saturday – Český Krumlov (UNESCO) – 10:00-14:00 trip to Hluboká nad Vltavou, outdoor training near the castle (in case of bad weather in the gym), then a voluntary tour of the town and castle
Day 3 – 24th July, Sunday – České Budějovice – 11:00-14:00
